The Westwind team are very proud and fond of their product and will only supply turbines to those installers who are able and willing to supply the high-quality service we require. We know our turbines are an excellent product and we are very proud to be making such. There are colossal combined years of experience within Westwind UK & J. A. Graham in small wind power. If you read our history you will understand so we knew what we had when we got the Westwind range.

All Westwind approved Turbine installers should understand the product, if not we want to know.

All Westwind installers will not only know how to install our machines, they will know what actually makes the system work and will have been shown the basics of how the machines are made with a factory visit.

Customers can be assured that there are no installers who have simply "bought a turbine or two" from us and been appointed without going through due process.

Westwind will only appoint new installers who have the required knowledge to install our product.

Westwind approved installers have criteria to meet, and this ensures they will always be up to date with our product and on top of their profession.

Westwind UK operate an installer approval system. This ensures the first class product will be installed by personnel properly qualified and trained in the installation of our range of wind turbines.

• Only Westwind UK approved installers have direct contact with the manufacturing base here.



• Only Westwind UK approved installers can install our turbines and give full conditions of warranty.



• Westwind UK will not cover any machine or component if not installed and supplied by a Westwind UK approved installer.



• The Westwind approved installer system is aimed at protecting the customer who has bought our product.



• The Westwind team take our product reliability very personally and wish to see end users have many years of good service from the exceptional machines we build. In the current market place there is an increased awareness of renewable energy and there are those who have became involved merely for financial gain. While Westwind UK is in the business of manufacturing wind turbines the team here would be very disappointed should a customer not receive the service they expect.



• Westwind UK only approve those installers who we believe meet our requirements to supply the Westwind UK range with the best service available.



• We have no installers becoming approved or about to receive approval, they are either approved or not.



• We make batches of our wind turbines for commercial use. Although identical, these turbines should not normally be available for resale.



• All the pictures in our brochures and on our web site are current models.



• There are no other machines bearing our name.


• We do not make turbines for any one else.



• We do not make or supply turbine parts to any one else.



• We do not use any other wind turbine manufacturers parts or components in our machines.



• There are no machines made under licence of Westwind UK.
